Been playing with a new search tool for social media from Joe Hall at www.whotalking.com. The tool was just launched in public beta and it is a great idea. I’m familiar with Buzz Monitor, but World Bank no longer supports this open-source project. While the basic site remains free, Joe plans to eventually develop revenue from a separate subscription service which will include additional tools.
